The MOT3000-25 is an integrated module for implementing a full TEC Controller. Available with individually variable output currents up to a Max. of +/-2.5A. The MOT3000-25 is well suited for driving a variety of Thermoelectric Coolers (TECs). Requiring only minimal external components, a complete TEC Controller can be implemented quickly and easily.
