The MOT7001 is an integrated module for implementing a full TEC Controller. Available with individually variable output currents up to a Max. of +/-2A or +/-3A. The MOT7001 is well suited for driving a variety of Thermoelectric Modules (TEMs). Requiring only minimal external components, a complete TEC Controller can be implemented quickly and easily.
